Requesting Service Access
By default, new users are granted access to Matrix, Vaultwarden, Forgejo, Foundry VTT, and this documentation site. All other services require an admin to approve your request via Keycloak group membership.
How to Request Access
Access is managed through a Matrix bot. Follow these steps:
1. Open a Chat with the Bot
Send a direct message to @access-bot:starling.mynest.love on Matrix.
2. List Available Groups
Send the command:
!groups
3. Request Access to a Group
Send the command:
!request <group name>
An admin will be informed of your request and will approve/deny accordingly.
Access to any service can be revoked by and admin at any time. Please use The Nest responsibly.
